A group of clinical leaders across multiple disciplines including surgery, radiation oncology, nuclear medicine and medical oncology, will provide updates in the management of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies. Through a case-based approach, learners will gain insight into, but not limited to: Management of localized rectal cancer, including dMMR Role of liver transplant in metastatic colorectal cancer Role of PRRT in patients with metastatic neuroendocrine tumors Role of ctDNA in GI cancers Management of localized gastroesophageal cancers

  2. Explain the role of Circulating tumor DNA (dtDNA) in managing patients with GI malignancies.
  3. Describe the role of targeted therapy in patients with cholangiocarcinoma
  4. Explain the role of Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors.
