2025 UVA Orthopaedic Surgery Alumni Weekend

This conference is designed for orthopaedic practitioners including surgeons, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. A primarily case-based format will be used to explore the surgical and alternative management of patients within the subspecialties of joint replacement, trauma, pediatrics, hand and upper extremity, foot and ankle, shoulder and knee, and spine. Each presenter will engage the audience in an exchange of ideas and opinions ending with an overview of the best evidence for the problem(s) highlighted in the case. Panel discussions will allow for discussion of complex cases, and each session will include opportunities for audience participation

Friday, April 11, 2025, 7:30 AM - Saturday, April 12, 2025, 7:00 PM EST, UVA Orthopedic Center Ivy Road, Charlottesville, VA

1. Evaluate and discuss complex cases involving orthopaedic pathology of the foot and ankle, hand and wrist, and spine
2. Identify and appropriately utilize new and emerging techniques in pediatric orthopaedics, musculoskeletal trauma and sports medicine
3. Choose efficient methods of providing orthopaedic care in a changing health care environment

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received in writing no less than 30 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received within 30 days or for registration fees of less than $50.  Please send cancellation requests [email protected].
