This conference will contain multiple simulated cases to reinforce learning points in an optimized format for busy community oncologists. The cases presented in this conference are those most frequently encountered by community providers, thus it is critical that these providers follow best practices.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Discuss the use of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in GI cancer treatment decisions.
  2. Describe current strategies for managing localized gastroesophageal cancers.
  3. Analyze management approaches for localized rectal cancer, including dMMR.
  4. Explain the role of biomarkers in treating metastatic colorectal cancer.
  5. Evaluate the use of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in metastatic neuroendocrine tumors.
  6. Describe key concepts in managing oligometastatic prostate cancer.
  7. Discuss intensification of androgen deprivation therapy in metastatic prostate cancer.
  8. Identify criteria for selecting patients for cytoreductive nephrectomy in advanced renal cancer.
  9. Summarize recent updates in neoadjuvant treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
  10. Integrate trial data on systemic therapies for breast cancer.
  11. Describe how biomarkers and imaging inform breast cancer treatment decisions.
  12. Review recent clinical trials in breast cancer therapy.
  13. Discuss potential FDA approvals for ADCs in advanced NSCLC.
  14. Identify patients for treatment intensification in newly diagnosed, EGFR-mutated, metastatic NSCLC.
  15. Apply BiTE therapy in SCLC to patients with extensive stage, treatment refractory SCLC.
  16. Discuss options for perioperative treatment potentially operable NSCLC.
