This conference will contain multiple simulated cases to reinforce learning points in an optimized format for busy community oncologists. The cases presented in this conference are those most frequently encountered by community providers, highlighting key concepts to help providers follow best practices.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe key concepts in managing oligometastatic prostate cancer
  2. Discuss intensification of androgen deprivation therapy in metastatic prostate cancer
  3. Summarize recent updates in perioperative treatment for muscle-invasive bladder cancer
  4. Evaluate the clinical role of ctDNA in the management of urothelial cancer
  5. Identify indications for novel therapies, including oral targeted therapies and antibody drug conjugates, in the treatment of NSCLC and SCLC
  6. Recognize indications for bi-specific antibody therapies in the treatment of NSCLC and SCLC
  7. Apply best practices for using biomarkers to optimize therapy selection in metastatic esophago-gastric cancers
  8. Identify optimal neuroendocrine patients for upfront PRRT
  9. Implement management strategies for new KRAS-directed therapies and associated toxicities in pancreatic cancer
  10. Integrate results from the NADINA trial to select appropriate patients with stage III melanoma for neoadjuvant nivolumab and ipilimumab
  11. Apply current evidence on immunotherapy combinations and TIL therapy to optimize treatment selection for patients with advanced melanoma, including those refractory to prior immune checkpoint inhibitors and/or BRAF/MEK inhibitors
  12. Sequence FDA approved drugs for advanced breast cancer using genomic predictor tools and patient parameters to personalize therapies
  13. Outline, apply, and interpret ctDNA tools for early and late-stage breast cancer, select high-risk early-stage patients for ctDNA surveillance, and choose ctDNA-guided therapies for late-stage disease
  14. Implement screening procedures and treatment paradigms for novel toxicities of emerging FDA approved drugs for the treatment of early and advanced breast cancers
