As the field of Allergy and Immunology continues to evolve clinically and scientifically, the Swineford Planning Committee strives to adapt based on feedback from prior participants and ongoing research within the Division. This edition of the meeting will bring together leaders of food allergy, immunotherapy, environmental allergen, and EoE. All will share clinical expertise, new and novel research concepts, and foster collaboration in advancing the science of allergic medicine

1. Apply evidence for the early introduction of high-risk foods to promote tolerance in young children.
2. Integrate translational findings on immune profiles in chronic lung disease into clinical management and treatment decisions.
3. Identify major environmental exposures that drive allergen sensitization and atopic disease.
4. Implement advances in oral and epicutaneous immunotherapy to support tolerance induction.
5. Select biologics using emerging evidence beyond primary labeled indications.
6. Use advances in eosinophilic esophagitis biomarkers and immunopathogenesis to guide patient care and monitoring.
